I have fond memories of my dad in the kitchen on Sunday mornings, making breakfast. We would go out to Sag Harbor in Long Island, especially during the summer. Every Sunday, without fail, I would wake up to the delicious scent of breakfast cooking in the kitchen. There were always eggs and potatoes, and either sausage or bacon. For me, every Sunday should start with such a solid meal.

The bonus is, you can mix and match your breakfast choices. Add some toast or fruit, have as a side to some french toast or pancakes, whatever you fancy! Eggs and potatoes go with just about everything, in my humble opinion!
