Baseball Season

I did a post last week about my new favorite Archive by Alexa dress, and I’ve got another one for you now! Surprise! I’ve been wanting a tea dress for absolutely ages. They’re classically stylish and you can dress them up or down for any occasion! The Elsie dress from Alexa Chung’s collaboration with Marks and Spencer fits the bill perfectly! I thought what better way to wear it than with my baseball jacket!

The weather still isn’t quite warm enough to go anywhere without a jacket. I got this baseball jacket from Topshop ages ago! It’s warm, but not a full on coat, which would be too much! plus I love the letterman jacket style. It’s very 90’s isn’t it? The weather is so up and down, so it’s the perfect touch? Of course, any excuse to wear a baseball jacket… and the dress will be perfect on it’s own when summer really hits!

Another great thing about the warm weather? I’m much more inclined to go exploring! It’s also easier to put more effort into my outfits. I love warm weather and I detest being cold, so during winter, its all about lots of layers and dark colors. Spring and summer mean my wardrobe gets much more colorful! It also means that I wake up early and think, oh, I’ll go exploring today, which is never a bad thing!

That is a super lovely dress! I have yet to check out the collection but I think I'll be making a beeline for that dress. (AND HURRAH for Keds! I love them but don't know anyone else who wears them too!) x

I love Keds! They're kind of perfect aren't they? I admit I was a little nervous about the dress, since I'm like the exact opposite body type from Alexa Chung, but everything was super flattering! Definitely go for this one! I've worn it a ton!
