London has so many amazing pieces of architecture and one such is this beauty! Strawberry Hill House! I’ve been wanting to investigate this gothic wonder ever since Mr. Actually and I walked past last summer! Not even a week later, I spotted this gorgeous house on lovely Lucy’s instagram! Well, I was invited along to an event with West London Wonders, and I had such a good time exploring Strawberry Hill House that I couldn’t resist writing up a little blog post!

Tucked away in Twickenham, Strawberry Hill House has been holding court since, oh, about 1700 and something. It used to be the fashionable spot to hold a summer residence! Who knew! The guy who built it was the son of the UK’s very first prime minister. That’s what I love about London. There’s so much history even within each of the boroughs! I’ve been wanting to visit Strawberry Hill House for ages and it absolutely did not disappoint! The rooms are absolutely incredible, and so incredibly designed.

Next time I go back, I’ll definitely be packing a picnic to take with me. What better way to spend a few hours than to walk through this gorgeous house again and then sit in the gardens? Strawberry Hill House really is a site to behold. Nicole, Kristabel and I had such a nice evening!
