Who said your LBD had to be boring? We’ve heard for years and years how every woman should have a little black dress in her wardrobe. Tthis is the time of year when having a festive get up in your wardrobe will definitely come in handy! Have a hundred Christmas parties you’ve been invited to? Sorted! When it comes to the dressing for the holidays, it’s always nice to have a little extra pizzazz!

I had a little peek at what Debenhams had to offer in the way of party dresses and there were a few I was definitely keen on! I was having dreams about this one, but it was sold out in my size! Even though black isn’t a color I wear often, having an LBD in the closet is always a good idea, and the gold makes it a bit more fun! I love vintage feel of it too, which definitely suits my personal style!

I also went for some berry colored accessories, and a totally adorable spangly hair clip! You need a little extra sparkle around the holidays, don’t you?

I rocked this whole look when I went to see Florence + the Machine with Debenhams at the O2, and honestly, I felt like a million bucks! It’s funny how a dress can do that! I don’t normally dress up much, so having something a bit fancier that makes me feel great is just the cherry on top! Plus, knowing it’s in my wardrobe, means that any festive things that come up don’t leave me stressing for an outfit!

I’m also a firm believer in clothing having a longer life, so I’ll definitely be dressing this cute number up even after the holidays are done and dusted. Maybe I’ll pair it with a roll neck jumper and a belt! Or a cozy cardigan and some trainers? The possibilities are endless!

This was a collaborative post but opinions are my own!
