It’s so nice to meet you!
I’m Ghenet, a lifestyle blogger and content creator! Originally from New York City, I moved to London in late 2014. I’m a true child of the 90s & 00s (anyone else still listen to the Spice Girls, reread Harry Potter and and gather sartorial styling tips from The Hills?) and I’m totally obsessed with hygge, too. I’m all about taking things slow, being cozy and finding the joy in the little moments!
Slow, cozy living with a sprinkle of joy…
Slow Styling: I’m about building a wardrobe that brings me joy, so you’ll often see me styling pieces I already own! I also have a steadfast rule that when I buy something new (usually secondhand) I have to make at least 3 outfits with it!
In The Kitchen: I love to bake and make cozy meals, so you’ll find recipes I love here. Feel free to give them a try!
On My Mind: I do also find it important to address important topics, whether it’s discussing race, mental health or whatever else is on my mind. I share it in the hopes that you’ll feel a little less alone in your own experiences.
When I’m not writing blog posts, wandering through new places, or baking treats, you can usually find me cozy at home. I’ll be curled up on the couch, next to my husband and our cat, with a good book and a cup of tea! It’s nice to meet you!

Work With Me
I’ve had the chance to work with some great brands, including Habitat, Paperchase, Makeup Revolution, West Elm, Joanie Clothing, Sugarhill Brighton and Happy Socks! If you’re interested in working with me, please send me an email!
Ads, Sponsored Posts & Gifts
I do occasionally work with brands, as mentioned above. You can rest assured though, that any brand I’m working with is one I love already, and would have no qualms about spending my own hard earned dollar on! Opinions are my own, no matter what payment I’ve received to promote a product or brand. When a post is sponsored or an ad, I will always include a disclaimer. The same goes for anything gifted. A disclaimer will appear at the top of any post that happens to feature items I have been gifted.
Where possible, I use affiliate links with ShopStyle Collective. All this means is that I receive a small commission when someone buys a product using that link. It doesn’t cost you, the reader, anything at all. Of course, these are products that I’ve bought myself, so opinions are still my own. It’s mainly just a source of income for me, no matter how small!
